Building progress Updates
What an exciting time at M28 Ministries. We are taking the BIG step as led by The Lord to build the Missions Training Center. In November 2020 we were blessed with the funds to purchase the land next to The Bridge House & 2nd Mile property.
February 2021, the M28 Ministries Board of Directors unanimously voted NOT to borrow funds to finance the building of the MTC. The Lord has faithfully provided for all our financial needs in the past and He will provide the funds necessary to build the MTC. The estimated building cost is $800,000 but we expect to reduce this cost by having some of the work done with volunteer skilled labor and donated materials.
March 2021, we have completed the land survey, building plans and established the cost of building. The land is approximately 1 acre and the building will be 8,000 sq feet. The civil engineering drawings are in progress and are expected to be complete by the end of March. After we have the civil drawings complete, we will be ready to start the site (dirt) work and prepare the pad for the building.
